TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Deposits can be paid before and up to 60 days before date of arrival.
- Flights are included in your purchase the full balance must be paid 30 days prior to travel.
- The tour itinerary must be agreed and full balance paid 30 days before travel with the option request extras or changes with 48 hours notice.
- We accept Paypal and bank transfer only for advance and guaranteed bookings.
- We can accept cash and debit card payments for extras on arrival.
Changes to Itinerary
We strive to meet all of your requests however there is a higher chance of success when maximum notice is given. We cannot guarantee that we can meet all requests.
- If change requested is for exchange; prices will be adjusted accordingly to reflect any changes to your itinerary.
- If the change request is for cancellation; please see policy information in the section below.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Changes are subject to availability.
Additional requests for booking
- Additional requests after booking can be made directly via email if not available to purchase directly online.
- Subject to availability.
- Request available anytime.
- Full payment required in advance.
All cancellations should be submitted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org at your earliest convenience.
- Cancellation with 25 days notice you will receive 50% refund.
- Cancellations with between 11 to 25 days notice you will receive 20% refund.
- Cancellation with 10 days notice or less you will not be eligible refund.
- Cancellation with 25 days notice you will receive 60% refund.
- Cancellations with between 11 to 25 days notice you will receive 30% refund.
- Cancellation with 10 days notice or less you will receive 10% refund.
Receipt of vouchers, tickets and confirmed itinerary
- Available upon receipt of full balance payment via email or collection on arrival.
- Arrangements for receipt in person will be made directly with each recipient.
